
Christopher M. Horn, D.O.
Dr. Christopher Horn graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey in 1998. He completed his residency training in Family Practice in 2001 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, where he was Chief Resident from July 1, 2000 to June 31, 2001. Dr. Horn attended the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor Degree in Biology in May 1994.
Dr. Horn is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

Danielle Savage, M.D.
Danielle S. Savage, M.D., graduated in 2011 from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital Primary Care program, New Haven Connecticut, in June of 2014.
Dr. Savage earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, in 2005.
Dr. Savage is Board Certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Savage has staff privileges in the Department of Internal Medicine at Morristown Medical Center, 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown, New Jersey. She currently provides patient care at our Rockaway, New Jersey, office location.

Alana Young, M.S., PA-C
Alana Young, M.S., PA-C graduated with honors from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey as a Physician Assistant in May 2015. In 2011 she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Alana is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants.
Alana currently provides patient care at our Rockaway, New Jersey, office location.
