
Enrico F. Orlandoni, D.O.
Enrico, F. Orlandoni, D.O., graduated in 1995 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry – School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford, New Jersey, where he was awarded for outstanding achievement in Primary Care. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Union Hospital, an affiliate of St. Barnabas Health Care System, Union, New Jersey, in June of 1998, where he also completed his Internal Medicine internship in June 1996 and was Chief Resident from 1997-1998. He also served on the Critical Care and Patient Care Committees at Union Hospital.
Dr. Orlandoni earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at William Patterson College, Wayne, New Jersey, in 1991.
Dr. Orlandoni is Board Certified in Internal Medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and American College of Osteopathic Internists.
Dr. Orlandoni has staff privileges in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Clare’s Hospital, 25 Pocono Road, Denville, New Jersey. He currently provides patient care at our Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, office location.

Joaqui E. Gonzalez-Melquiades. M.S., PA-C
Joaquin E. Gonzalez-Melquiades, M.S., PA-C, has worked in affiliation with Skylands Medical Group since July 2007. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Rutgers University, Piscataway, New Jersey, in May 1998 where he obtained his Bachelor of Science as a Physician Assistant. He also received his Masters of Science Degree in 1999 from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Rutgers University, Piscataway, New Jersey.
Quino is a member of the Rutgers/UMDNJ Physician Assistant Program.

Alexander J. Welch, R.N., APN-C
Alexander Welch, R.N., APN-C graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia where he completed his Advanced Practice Nurse degree in Family Practice in 2011. He received his B.S.N. in nursing in 2007 from George Mason University.
Alex has a special interest in helping people with hypertension and type 2 diabetes become healthier through diet, medication, and exercise, as well as diagnosing and treating people with anxiety and depression. He enjoys establishing connections and relationships with his patients and employs compassionate care whether patients are sick or healthy. In his spare time Alex likes to exercise and spend time with his family.
