Eugene A. Cullen, M.D.

Eugene A. Cullen, M.D., graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School, Newark, New Jersey, in May 1995.  He completed his residency training in Family Practice in June 1998 at Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  Dr. Cullen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and graduated with departmental highest honors in 1991.

Dr. Cullen is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Board of Family Practice.  He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Cullen has staff privileges in the Department of Family Practice at Newton Memorial Hospital, 175 High Street, Newton, New Jersey. 



Eric D. Molnar, D.O.

Eric Molnar, D.O. graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Florida, in June 2013.  He completed his residency training in Family Practice in June 2016 at Lewis Gale Montgomery Regional Hospital, Blacksburg, Virginia, where he was Chief Resident from 2015 – 2016.    Dr. Molnar attended West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science, Exercise Physiology in August 2008.

Dr. Molnar is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Molnar will be providing patient care at our Columbia, New Jersey office starting on July 10, 2017.



Donald Tsay, M.D.

Dr. Tsay graduated from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York in 1997. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 2001 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. Dr. Tsay attended Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Science in June 1993.

Dr. Tsay is Board Certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. In addition, he is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Tsay has staff privileges in the Department of Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at Chilton Hospital, 97 West Parkway, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444.  In addition, he will have staff privileges at Morristown Memorial Hospital and Newton Memorial Hospital in the very near future.
